A 60-minute session dedicated to your family’s unique pace and goals. Each session is carefully crafted, and continuously customized, to meet the needs of each family member. Children focus on strength, speed, agility and mental aptitude. Simultaneously, adults benefit from a dedicated coach to guide them through every exercise in a workout specifically designed to meet their goals.

Semi Private
A 60-minute session for your family to workout together along with other families that prioritize healthy habits/lifestyles. In this format, children build new relationships and learn to be great teammates as they increase strength, speed and agility. Meanwhile, adults are coached through exercises that burn calories, increase energy levels and build strength.
