Youth Performance Training

Serving children ages 5 to 14, this program provides a range of options including:

  • Complete Performance Training - 60 minute sessions combining strength, speed and agility exercises. Each session includes 30 minutes of age appropriate resistance training (utilizing body weight, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands) and 30 minutes of form building workouts (plyometrics, speed/agility drills and flexibility exercises).

  • Strength Boost Training - 60 minute sessions of professionally guided weight lifting designed to build muscle. Basic nutritional guidance is provided to support increased muscle and enhance overall performance.

  • Speed and Agility Boost Training - 60 minute sessions specifically designed to improve speed. Exercises improve form, speed, agility, stamina, jumping ability and range of motion.

  • Private Session

    A one-on-one session with an experienced trainer who is completely focused on your child’s goals and areas for improvement. Workouts will be specifically designed for your child and progress will be tracked over time.

  • Semi-Private Session

    A small group training session focused on coaching and encouraging your child to achieve his/her goals This is our most popular program because kids love to train with and compete against other kids!
